The notions of space, purity, refined atmosphere and a decisively modern sobriety were considered by Frederick Mechiche of Paris while designing HARAMA II. Use of wood throughout, was chosen as a gentle material which represents the perfection of luxury, reminiscent of the English yachts of the 30s. The result reflects a fine example of a unique avant guarde design. Built by the Chantiers Navals de l¢Esterel, the undisputed pioneers of modern wood construction, HARAMA II represents an optimism in fast, luxurious yachts, combining speed with sleek styling, strength and safety. The immensely strong Esterel wooden hull absorbs vibration and sound, enhancing the pleasure of cruising at an exceptional speed in luxurious comfort.
